Starting my career as a remote professional in the Philippines in the early 2000’s, I’ve come full circle—now connecting U.S. home care agencies with the exceptional talent of Filipino professionals. As a momprepreneur managing multiple thriving businesses, I understand the art of balancing it all without compromising personal growth or family.

With a nursing degree and years of work experience in home care, sales, digital design and music, I bring a unique blend of creativity and expertise to OLIVIA Professional Solutions.

Passionate and driven, I thrive on managing our leadership team and supporting our Olivia Pros, Clients, and Partners. I believe in leading with both kindness, strength and fair judgment.

Beyond work, I’m a musician and recording artist with an alternative rock band for over a decade. My twin sister and I are devoted fur-moms to a Malshipoo and Yorkie. I also enjoy online FPS games with my gaming community. Crazy fun fact: my fiancé also has an identical twin brother!

I measure a successful day by the value I've created for three key groups: our clients, our employees, and the organization. I believe even the most complex challenges can be simplified through clarity, knowledge, and the right mindset. My goal is to create solutions that benefit everyone while continuously finding better ways to improve.

As a leader, I strive to coach and mentor rather than simply manage. I believe great results come from strong work ethics, dedication, and empowering people to reach their full potential. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my son and teaching him valuable life lessons, especially the importance of emotional intelligence and kindness.​

Outside of work, I believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance. You’ll often find me dancing or creating TikTok videos in my free time. It’s my way of staying energized and bringing a bit of fun into every day!

I am proud to serve as the Executive Assistant and Office Manager at OLIVIA Professional Solutions. My greatest joy comes from knowing that I’m making a meaningful impact—whether by supporting our clients or lightening the load for my CEO and teammates.

 

I believe in the power of optimism, always seeking ways to lift others up and create a positive, efficient environment. Beyond the office, my love for history and adventure fuels my curiosity, as I find inspiration in the stories behind every place I visit.

I believe great administrative support isn't just about staying organized; it's about making life easier for the people around you. I enjoy bringing structure to fast-paced environments, anticipating needs, and creating smooth experiences for both clients and teammates. I graduated with honors in hospitality but chose to pursue a different path in the virtual assistant industry. Starting from scratch wasn't always easy, but every challenge became an opportunity to learn and grow. My goal has always been to earn people's trust through quality work, consistency, and a willingness to exceed expectations.

 

Outside of work, I enjoy spontaneous nature trips, spending time with loved ones, watching heartfelt K-dramas, and writing poetry. I strive to put my whole heart into everything I do, hoping my work reflects not only excellence but also care, dedication, and integrity.

As a Senior Accounting Specialist, I enjoy bringing accuracy and organization to the financial side of the business. While much of my work happens behind the scenes, I know that maintaining reliable records and supporting daily operations helps our team and clients succeed.

I believe attention to detail, integrity, and consistency are the foundation of good accounting. I take pride in delivering dependable work, collaborating with my teammates, and helping keep processes running smoothly.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and taking time to recharge. I hope to be known as someone who is dependable, professional, and committed to doing every task with care.

I’m passionate about helping new VAs thrive, especially in Home Care Scheduling! With years of experience, I’ve mastered time management, client coordination, and caregiver matching. As a Talent & Development Coach, I love sharing this expertise with OLIVIA’s trainees.

 

Armed with a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy and six years in a clinical setting, I bring both knowledge and compassion. Growing up with my grandparents sparked my empathy for the elderly that's why I am so determined with Home Care. And outside of work, I’m a proud mom to my son and 10 cats!

What I enjoy most about my role is meeting new people, understanding their challenges, and providing tailored support.

When I’m not working, I love exploring new restaurants and spending quality time with my three cats. I always bring a positive attitude to every client interaction and team collaboration.

I’m passionate about supporting both clients and Virtual Assistants through clear communication, empathy, and consistency. With a background in Mass Communication and nearly six years in customer service and technical support, I bring both a heart for people and a mind for solutions to OLIVIA.

Grounded in faith and driven by growth, I thrive in roles that allow me to uplift others and make a meaningful impact.

 

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and four fur babies — my daily source of joy, calm, and inspiration.

What I enjoy most is helping clients and VAs connect. Seeing both sides happy is a major reward that makes sense and purpose in my day-to-day work. I always make sure everything runs smoothly. I make a difference by being a helpful link between clients and VAs or even within our team, keeping things clear and ensuring everyone works well together.

As an extroverted person, I’m always out whether I'm driving or biking through new places, visiting different locations to experience their culture and food. I also love going to beaches and collecting sand from every beach I visit!

I thrive on connecting with a diverse range of personalities and cultures, which fuels my passion for bridging the gap between clients and virtual assistants.

When I’m not at my workstation, you’ll likely find me at car meets indulging my love for automobiles or at a cozy coffee shop, where I can recharge my creative energy. I also enjoy the runway as a fashion model and beauty queen. My goal is to foster positive experiences that build trust and satisfaction for both our clients and VAs while keeping things engaging and fun!

I love helping businesses grow by going above and beyond for our clients and making sure they get the support they need.

 

What I enjoy most about working at Olivia is the collaboration, everyone’s got each other’s backs, and there’s no micromanaging, just trust and teamwork.

 

Outside of work, you’ll find me riding my big bike, playing chess or basketball, and always chasing the next adventure. I’m passionate about making a real difference and being part of the success stories of our Leadership Team, OliviaPro VAs and Clients!

What I enjoy most about my role is improving the experience for both our clients and Virtual Assistants. I love finding ways to make processes smoother, creating a supportive environment, and helping ensure our clients receive reliable, high-quality service. I’m a scheduler at Olivia Professional Solutions, where I get to work with amazing care partners, clients, social workers, and nurses every day. Seeing the heart and dedication in home care makes me love what I do. Scheduling isn’t just about filling shifts, it’s about changing lives. Whether it’s helping a caregiver get the hours they need for their child’s dream birthday or ensuring a client receives quality care, every moment matters.

Beyond scheduling, I’m also a VA Coach, supporting virtual assistants in growing and thriving here at Olivia. Helping others develop skills and confidence is something I truly enjoy.

 

On weekends, I bring my passion to TikTok, creating fun and informative content to inspire aspiring VAs. From industry insights to relatable memes, I love sharing how rewarding this career can be. Because at the end of the day, it’s not just a job; it’s about making a difference.

For over 2 years, I've worked as a Homecare Scheduler, helping connect clients and families with the care and support they need most. My role goes beyond managing calendars and coordinating caregiver schedules. It's about making sure every client feels valued, every family feels reassured, and every caregiver has the structure and communication needed to provide quality care.

Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my favorite people, whether it's random foodtrips, chill hangouts, or late-night conversations. In a world that can feel busy and chaotic, I believe it's important to slow down, breathe, and make time for the people and moments that genuinely make you happy.

I find the most fulfillment in witnessing the transformative power of knowledge and guidance! Seeing someone gain confidence, refine their skills, and advance their careers is a truly rewarding experience. I love being a part of their journey.

As a trainer, my mission is to empower Virtual Assistants to excel in meeting the our clients' needs. With a tailored approach, I provide the tools and insights necessary for VAs to thrive in today's dynamic work environment.

 

Outside of training, you’ll often find me indulging in romantic comedies and action-packed K-dramas, or fangirling over the incredible talents of SB19. I put my best effort in making OLIVIA the ultimate place for new VAs to be trained, helping them kickstart their careers with confidence and skill. I find fulfillment in helping others by providing opportunities to learn or find jobs, and by connecting clients with trusted VAs to meet their daily needs.

Of course, my day isn’t complete without the thrill of horror movies or online games. As a trainer, I ensure trainees have the knowledge they need to be effective VAs.

What I enjoy most is connecting with candidates, getting to know their stories, and listening with intent. It is not just about asking questions, it is about understanding who they are, how they think, and where they can fit best. That interaction sets the tone for everything, and I take pride in creating a space where candidates feel comfortable, heard, and confident to show their best.

I stay organized, proactive, and clear in my communication to make sure everything flows smoothly. I make sure expectations are aligned from the start, candidates are guided properly, and updates are shared on time. I see myself as a bridge between the client, the virtual assistant, and the company, making sure everyone feels supported throughout the process.

Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my kids. They are my biggest source of joy and motivation. During my me time, I enjoy watching series, sometimes K-dramas or Western shows. What keeps me going every day is knowing I help connect people. I support the company, the VA, and the client, and I always carry this mindset: your success is my success.

I enjoy helping Filipino virtual assistants find meaningful opportunities and supporting them throughout the hiring process. Seeing candidates grow and successfully match with clients is what makes my work rewarding.

In my role, I focus on making sure everything runs smoothly, from sourcing and screening to onboarding, while keeping communication clear and organized. I make sure both clients and VAs feel guided and supported every step of the way.

I’m detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable, which helps me manage tasks efficiently and build strong working relationships.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, trying new food, and exploring fun activities around the city.

As a Virtual Technical Support Consultant, I help Virtual Assistants get the most out of their technology by recommending practical hardware and software solutions that improve productivity while avoiding unnecessary expenses. I believe the right tools should make work easier, not more complicated.

I serve as a trusted technical resource for our VAs, helping troubleshoot issues, optimize existing devices, and provide reliable support whenever it's needed. My goal is to give people peace of mind, so they can focus on their work without worrying about technical setbacks.

Outside of work, I enjoy home improvement projects, car detailing, gardening, and spending time with my dogs. I believe in making a quiet but meaningful impact by helping others, solving problems, and finding satisfaction in doing things well.
