Yes! We accept college undergraduates as long as you meet our other qualifications.
At OLIVIA, the majority of our roles are full-time, and we actively encourage our clients to offer full-time positions to ensure job security for our VAs. While part-time opportunities for Home Care VA roles are less common, they do pop up occasionally based on client needs.
For Bookkeepers, the availability of part-time roles is determined by each client's specific schedule requests and the volume of tasks required. We’re here to help you find the right fit that works for both you and our clients!While VAs are generally expected to provide their own equipment, we're more than happy to recommend the necessary setup to ensure your success!
At a minimum, VAs should have the following equipment to excel in their roles:
• A reliable laptop or desktop computer• High-speed internet connection
• Backup internet sources
• Noise-canceling headphones with a microphone
• Webcam for video calls
• Up-to-date software for communication and task management
• A comfortable and quiet workspace to help you focus and thrive
• A generator or alternative power source for power interruptions

Home Care VA Training typically runs from 8:00 PM to 2:30 AM Philippine Standard Time. Any changes in the schedule will be announced in advance so that you can adjust accordingly. We hope this information helps you prepare your body clock!
