OLIVIA's VA Home Care Training provides excellent preparation for your role as a VA. The training team supports you from day one and continues to do so even after graduation. What I appreciate most is their commitment to checking in on you and offering mentorship and coaching while you're with a client. Honestly, I was quite nervous before starting since I was the only VA and my client is a VIP. I expected it would be challenging to adapt, but I was pleasantly surprised. Changing a career path from the corporate world to becoming a VA was never easy. I only knew a few agencies that accepted applicants with no VA experience, and I'm grateful I found OLIVIA. The training is well-equipped and really focuses on the job we would be applying for as VAs in Home Care. You are not on your own once you get a client, as we have supportive teams, including admin staff who do the check in, especially during the first 30, 60, and 90 days with a client.
