The Art of Being Unstoppable When There’s a Call-Out
Stepping into the role of a Home Care Scheduler has been an incredible journey, especially as my first experience being a virtual assistant in the home care industry. My daily responsibilities include coordinating caregiver schedules, ensuring smooth communication between clients and care partners, and handling last-minute changes to maintain seamless care.
It’s a role that requires patience, problem-solving, and empathy, but thanks to OLIVIA’s comprehensive training, I felt fully equipped from day one. The support and resources provided by OLIVIA made my transition seamless and set me up for success in ways I never imagined.

Last December 2024, I received the first OLIVIA’s Professional of the Year award. It was an unforgettable moment—a testament to my dedication, hard work, and passion for my role. The recognition came with a remarkable reward, including an all-expense-paid international trip, which I am eagerly looking forward to!

I genuinely treat every client like family, ensuring they receive the care they need—even when unexpected call-outs happen. No matter how challenging the scheduling gets, I make sure shifts are covered and clients receive uninterrupted care. That’s the level of dedication OLIVIA instills in us.
The MOA Team Outing: A Celebration of Success
Recently, I had the opportunity to bond with some of the OLIVIA Admin Team at the Mall of Asia. The quick get-together was more than just a fun experience—it was a reminder of the strong sense of community and camaraderie within OLIVIA.
We laughed, shared stories, and celebrated our achievements together. It was refreshing to step away from work for a while and appreciate the culture of teamwork and recognition that OLIVIA fosters.
